46-year-old man slashed on Upper West Side subway train

UPPER WEST SIDE, Manhattan (WABC) -- A 46-year-old man was slashed on a subway train on the Upper West Side early Tuesday morning -- and it comes as a surge of NYPD officers in the subway system overnight went into full force.
