USPS Worker Charged After Surveillance Video Shows Child Shoved in Monsey, New York

CBS News New York reported that a USPS worker was arrested after surveillance video showed a 4-year-old boy being shoved to the ground in Monsey. Police identified the suspect as Gabriel Stan and said he was charged with attempted assault in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
