Two men, Dimitriy Nezhinskiy and Juan Villar, were arrested in New York City's Diamond District for their involvement in trafficking stolen luxury goods, including items taken from professional athletes.
The men allegedly worked with South American Theft Groups (SATGs) to resell stolen jewelry, watches, and designer handbags. Their arrest is linked to multiple burglaries, including one targeting NFL quarterback Joe Burrow's home. Authorities seized luxury items, cash, and burglary tools during a raid on their pawn shop. Nezhinskiy and Villar face up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
